Terms of Sale and Site Use
Effective August 16, 2026.
The seller is DenyaDev LLC, doing business as Miatafy, 102 Bergeron Way, Cary, NC 27519, United States. Contact support@miatafy.com or +1 925-481-4495. Miatafy is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by Mazda Motor Corporation.
Ordering and payment
Section titled “Ordering and payment”ScreenTune is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The product page shows the selected product, delivery method, main characteristics, and price immediately before checkout. Stripe collects payment and the billing details needed to process the order and determine applicable tax. Card numbers never reach Miatafy’s server.
The ScreenTune page first records the vehicle configuration and, for an eligible closed-beta order, sends the buyer to Stripe. Stripe’s final payment button states that clicking it creates an obligation to pay. The contract is formed when Stripe accepts the payment. Miatafy then sends an automatic order confirmation to the email entered at checkout. Keep that email with the Stripe receipt.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The final Stripe total includes any tax Miatafy is required and configured to collect. A card issuer may separately charge currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fees.
What ScreenTune includes
Section titled “What ScreenTune includes”ScreenTune is digital content developed for the vehicle supplied in the intake. It includes a custom software package for a compatible first-generation Mazda Connect system, installation instructions, a recovery path, 90 days of hands-on support, and one year of software updates. Both periods begin on delivery. The support policy defines the coverage and exact dates.
The buyer must own or lease the vehicle, or be authorized by its owner to service it. The buyer is responsible for supplying complete and accurate vehicle, market, trim, and firmware information. The installer independently checks the supported firmware identity before making a change.
Delivery
Section titled “Delivery”For a download, Miatafy reviews the fit, prepares the custom package, and delivers the files or a private download link by email, normally within 1–3 business days. The buyer supplies a suitable USB drive.
For a mailed USB, Miatafy prepares the software on a tested drive and ships it to the address supplied to Stripe. Any delivery estimate and shipping charge shown at checkout form part of the order. Import charges, if any, are the buyer’s responsibility unless checkout says otherwise.
If Miatafy cannot confirm compatibility or cannot deliver, it will cancel and refund the order using the original payment method.
14-day download refund
Section titled “14-day download refund”Miatafy offers ScreenTune download purchasers a full change-of-mind refund when the request is sent within 14 days after purchase. Delivery, download, or installation during that period does not end this published refund promise, and checkout does not ask the buyer to waive it.
Email support@miatafy.com with the purchasing email or order reference. A clear request is enough; no special form or explanation is required. Miatafy refunds the covered payment to the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the request. The buyer must then stop using and sharing the refunded package. Full instructions are on Cancellation and Withdrawal.
This policy concerns change-of-mind cancellation. It does not remove separate rights when the product is defective, late, or different from what was promised.
Support and defects
Section titled “Support and defects”The 90-day ScreenTune support and one-year software update promises are additional commercial benefits. They do not shorten or replace any mandatory consumer rights.
If the digital product is not delivered or does not conform to the contract, applicable consumer law may provide remedies including delivery, correction or replacement, a price reduction, termination and refund, or damages. Miatafy will first try to correct or replace a defective package promptly and at no cost where the law allows that remedy. See the support policy for the practical process.
Acceptable use and license
Section titled “Acceptable use and license”A purchase grants the buyer a personal, nonexclusive, perpetual license to use the purchased ScreenTune edition and its eligible updates on one compatible physical vehicle at a time. The licensed vehicle is the car assigned to the order, even when another car has the same model, firmware, and selected configuration.
The buyer, household members, authorized drivers, and authorized technicians may use or install ScreenTune on the licensed vehicle. The buyer may keep reasonable backup copies. A technician may receive the package to service that vehicle, but may not retain or reuse it for another vehicle.
Do not publish or provide the download link, USB contents, signed configuration, or license identifier for use on another vehicle. Do not split one license across vehicles, resell copies, include the package in a commercial installation service, circumvent its signing checks, or use it to access a vehicle, account, connected service, or subscription service without authorization.
When the licensed vehicle is sold, the buyer may leave ScreenTune with the car and transfer the license to its new lawful owner. The buyer may instead uninstall ScreenTune and ask Miatafy to assign the license to another compatible vehicle the buyer owns, leases, or is authorized to service. Miatafy charges no transfer fee. The old vehicle must stop using ScreenTune when the entitlement moves. Existing support and update dates follow the license and do not restart.
A same-vehicle CMU replacement is a repair, not a license transfer. Miatafy will review the replacement unit and reissue a compatible package at no charge when ScreenTune supports its firmware, region, and infotainment generation. Reinstalling, repairing, uninstalling, and reinstalling entitled versions on the licensed vehicle remain permitted after support or update eligibility ends.
Do not abuse the site or its API, submit automated form traffic, or attempt to disrupt the service. The writing, measurements, code, and original images on this site remain the property of their respective owners. Mazda’s trademarks identify the relevant vehicles and systems.
Vehicle modifications and site guides
Section titled “Vehicle modifications and site guides”The free guides are informational and may become outdated as firmware, part numbers, and product behavior change. ScreenTune changes the infotainment system and not braking, steering, airbags, powertrain, emissions, or stability control. Even so, modifying vehicle software carries risk, including downtime, recovery work, or an effect on warranty coverage where the modification causes a problem.
To the extent permitted by law, free site content is provided as-is. Product descriptions and the mandatory rights that apply to a purchase are not excluded by that statement.
Liability
Section titled “Liability”Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Where a limitation is permitted, Miatafy is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, a buyer’s business loss, or damage caused by inaccurate intake information, unsupported firmware, third-party modifications, ignoring installation instructions, or using the product on an unauthorized vehicle.
Applicable consumer law
Section titled “Applicable consumer law”These terms do not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections that apply in the consumer’s country of residence. If a term conflicts with a non-waivable consumer rule, that rule controls and the rest of the terms remain in effect.
Changes
Section titled “Changes”The terms in effect when an order is placed govern that order. If these terms change, the effective date above changes; a later version does not retroactively alter an existing purchase unless both sides expressly agree.
