Send support the details before retrying
Section titled “Send support the details before retrying”Repeating a failed action rarely changes the result and adds runs to the log. Send support your order email, a photo of Settings → System → About, a photo of the screen, and the contents of the ScreenTune USB as a ZIP. Get help shows how. If support asks for the log, the ScreenTune log shows where it is and what it records.
