Cancellation and Withdrawal

This page explains change-of-mind cancellation for consumer orders placed at a distance. It is separate from rights and remedies when ScreenTune is defective, late, or not as described.

The 14-day period
Section titled “The 14-day period”Miatafy offers ScreenTune download purchasers a full change-of-mind refund when the request is sent within 14 days after purchase. No reason is required. Checkout does not ask the buyer to give up this refund when delivery begins, so receiving, downloading, or installing the package during the 14 days does not end the promise.
How to withdraw
Section titled “How to withdraw”Within 14 days after purchase, send a clear request to support@miatafy.com or mail it to the seller address above. Include enough information to find the order, such as the purchasing email and Stripe receipt or ScreenTune reference.
Miatafy refunds the covered payment without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the request, using the original payment method unless the customer expressly agrees otherwise. No refund fee is charged. After a full refund, the customer must uninstall ScreenTune, stop using or sharing it, and delete retained copies. Support, updates, reissues, and transfer eligibility then end. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Product problems are different
Section titled “Product problems are different”Withdrawal is not the only route to a remedy. If ScreenTune is not delivered, does not match the order, or is defective, see ScreenTune Support and Remedies. Those rights can remain available after the change-of-mind withdrawal period or after download delivery begins.
